When I was 8 I took a watch for Show and tell...
So i'm a HUGE
technowhore. I check tech websites very frequently and enjoy discussing them. Part of my presence on Google that I discovered involved tech forums that I post on. I am currently in the process of increasing the # of sites that I read. Although usually I'm an '
Early Adopter', I was a late bloomer in the RSS world. So far i'm limited to
Engadget and
Cnet as my source for tech news...so please suggest any sites I should visit. As the
Palm Pre is my current cell phone and my cherished 'baby', I will post about this a lot i'm sure. But smartphones in general are so cool and will take over what we have in our pockets. A fan of any 'future movie', I believe the smartphone is the 'All-in-one' item we have wanted. I had an HTC Mogul before so i'm familiar with Windows Mobile. And as this may offend many, I really really..really really don't like
Apple. I guess because they advertise like crazy and in a brutal way (I'm a mac/pc ads)...but I definitely respect them and keep tabs on them.
RSS worthy Android (www.phandroid.com), Google, Boy Genius Report, Engadget, PreCentral.net
ReplyDeleteMy favorite way to subscribe to news I'm interested in that's not specific to any one site is go this...
Go to Google (www.google.com) click the NEWS link, then enter a term you want to be kept abreast off. All news relating that topic will be displayed.
From there you can actually create an RSS feed! It's cool because you don't have to just subscribe to one particular feed. You're subscribing to a Google feed that lists news from all over the web regarding your topic of interest.
I hope that makes sense.
